MEET OUR TEAM

People are the centre of our company. We hire the expertise and so we treat them with the highest value as they are crucial in the delivery of our services. The team is led by Marlon Noble a certified welder with over twenty years of service welding on land and underwater. He is the chief executive officer. 

The company is largely family operated at this its embryonic stage, Mrs. Tameica Mitchell-Noble leads the administrative activities with the support of Ms Britni Drummonds in the accounting department and their daughter Ashanti Noble in operations.

The technical team is led by Andre Scarlett, who supervises the welding crew with the following members- Damion Burgess and Orlando Noble. The underwater team members are Huon Dave Guiness and Daniel Scarlett. The technical assistants are Jomo Fisher, Richard Sinclair, Demario Scarlett. Mr. Glen Sinclair is the mechanic, he services and maintain the vehicles and equipment.
